Led Zeppelin – Led Zeppelin IV

Led Zeppelin IVOtro de los discos imprescindibles en la historia del rock, Led Zeppelin IV publicado en 1971 y fue producido por Jimmy Page, consagró a la banda, Led Zeppelin, con Jimmy Page (guitarra), Robert Plant (voz), a John Paul Jones (bajo) y a John Bonham (batería) como la mejor banda de rock de la época y no exageramos si decimos que de las de la historia por su relevancia en el acontecer de lo que habría que llegar al mundo del rock.

Ningún tema tiene desperdicio en este albúm, sus dos temas acústicos “Going to California” y “The Battle of Evermore”, cuatro temas de rock “Black Dog” llamada así por un perro que vagabundeaba por la mansión donde estaba grabando el disco, “Rock And Roll” una canción que define perfectamente el Rock And Roll, “Misty Mountain Hop y Four Sticks”, un blues “When The Levee Breaks” y la joya del disco si nos lo permiten los demás temas del disco, cosa difícil, “Stairway To Heaven” canción semiacústica que desemboca en un gran sólo eléctrico, muy intenso, genial, se dice de esta canción que la primera vez que la primera vez que la tocaron fue el Ulster Hall de Belfast, en marzo del 71 antes de que se publicase el disco para probar si a la gente le gustaba.Al acabar el publico quedó en silencio y Plant dijo que sería mejorno meter el tema en el disco, pero de repente la gente empezó a gritar y a pedir que la repitiesen otra vez.

Ninguna canción tiene desperdicio, un disco que no te puede faltar.
