Led Zeppelin podría volver a los escenarios en 2008
Parece ser que hay rumores, más que fundados de que Led Zeppelin podrían volver a tocar juntos en el 2008 después de 28 años separados (depués de la muerte del batería John Bonham).
Robert Plant, Jimmy Page y John Paul Jones podrían haberse reunido la última semana de Julio en Londres para discutir una posible gira para el año próximo, eso sí siempre se ha rumoreado que la nueva unión del grupo sería con el hijo del fallecido y antiguo batería John Bonham, Jason, a la batería.
La noticia se conoció poco después de que el grupo de rock confirmara que lanzaría un album recopilatorio de grandes éxitos titulado “Mothership”, con una compilación de 24 temas elegidos especialmente por la banda.
Saldrá a la venta el 12 de noviembre en Londres.
El grupo fue fundado en 1968 por el guitarrista Jimmy Page, quien perteneció a la banda The Yardbirds, y junto con Robert Plant a la voces, John Paul Jones al bajo y teclados y John Bonham ala batería venderían más de 300 millones de álbumes, incluidos 109 millones en estados unidos.
Todos esperamos ansiosos a que esto no sólo sea un rumor, todo apunta a que no, y que estos datos sean ciertos y podamos ver a una de las más legendarias formaciones de rock de toda la historia.
